Ave Tucker is CEO and co-founder of TM Financial Forensics, LLC and a Consulting Professor at the Stanford University School of Engineering. He was previously a Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee of Navigant Consulting. Prior to joining Navigant Mr. Tucker co-founded and was CEO of Tucker Alan Inc. He is a member of the Dean’s Board of Advisors for the George Washington University School of Business.
Mr. Tucker has more than 30 years experience addressing economic, accounting and damages issues in disputes and general business consulting matters. He has prepared and critiqued hundreds of damages claims for lost profits, increased costs, business and asset value, and reasonable royalty. Mr. Tucker’s clients range from Fortune 500 companies to government contractors to regulated entities involved in complex disputes and litigation.
Mr. Tucker has testified extensively in state and federal civil courts, in the United States Court of Federal Claims, before state and federal administrative and dispute review boards, and in arbitration. He has provided testimony in the United States, France, the United Kingdom, South Africa and Australia on accounting, economic, damages, business operations and regulatory matters. Mr. Tucker regularly lectures on these topics to companies, outside counsel, industry groups and at universities.
