Deepak Jain is a Vice President with TM Financial Forensics, LLC and was formerly employed at Navigant Consulting as a Director and Tucker Alan Inc. as a Principal.  He has consulted to small and large corporations on financial, economic, accounting and damages issues for the past 15 years. 

Mr. Jain has prepared and critiqued numerous damages claims involving lost revenues, profits and earnings, increased costs, and business and intellectual property valuations.  He has performed financial modeling, statistical analyses, complex data analyses, and funds tracing, and has examined false claims and fraud allegations.  Mr. Jain’s experience encompasses a wide variety of industries such as consumer goods, defense, entertainment, high technology, financial institutions, oil and gas, professional services, and telecommunications.

Mr. Jain has provided expert testimony in deposition for litigation and arbitration matters concerning financial and economic damages.
