Jennifer Barefoot is a Director at TM Financial Forensics, LLC.  Prior to joining TM Financial Forensics, Jennifer was an Associate Director in the Disputes & Investigations practice at Navigant Consulting, Inc.  Ms. Barefoot has advised clients and counsel regarding financial, economic, accounting and damages issues for more than 10 years.  She has extensive consulting expertise in government contract, commercial damage, and construction matters, among other areas.  Ms. Barefoot has prepared and analyzed numerous damages claims, including claims for lost profits, increased costs, delayed contract performance and unjust enrichment.
