Mr. Vail is a Director in the San Francisco office of TM Financial Forensics, LLC. He specializes in providing engineering and accounting consulting on construction and government contract matters.

Mr. Vail has 14 years of experience in the construction consulting industry. His consulting work includes the review and analysis of schedule delays and cost overruns, preparation and evaluation of claims, productivity analyses and critical path schedule analyses. He has participated in mediations and settlement negotiations and has assisted on other aspects of litigation including document productions, depositions and interrogatories.

Mr. Vail has consulted to construction and aerospace contractors, owners and real estate developers, universities, state and county agencies and the federal government.
