Mr. Dwyer is a Vice President and founding member of TM Financial Forensics, LLC.  His former positions include Managing Director at Navigant Consulting, Vice President at Tucker Alan, and Vice President at Peterson Consulting.  He has over 25 years of experience consulting to companies, government agencies and outside counsel on forensic accounting, economic damages and business valuation issues.

Mr. Dwyer has prepared and reviewed claims for increased costs, lost profits, loss of business value and other claims for economic damages in connection with disputes in a variety of industries.  He has performed funds tracing analyses and other forensic accounting studies.  Mr. Dwyer has assisted clients in bankruptcy matters by studying the debtor’s solvency at different points in time and determining whether reasonably equivalent value was received in transactions with the debtor.  In disputes related to business failures, he has examined the causes of failure.

Mr. Dwyer has provided expert testimony numerous times on economic, accounting, finance and damages topics in California Superior Court, Federal District Court and United States Bankruptcy Court.
