Sanjib Sah is a Vice President in the Los Angeles office of TM Financial Forensics, LLC. Prior to joining TM Financial Forensics, Mr. Sah was a Vice President at Gatehouse Capital, a national real estate development company. He was a Director at Navigant Consulting and a Principal at Tucker Alan Inc. Mr. Sah specializes in providing engineering and accounting consulting on construction and government contract matters.
Mr. Sah has 14 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. Mr. Sah’s consulting work includes the review of schedule and cost overruns on large construction projects, the preparation and evaluation of claims including contract termination claims, critical path schedule analyses and fraud and false claims investigations. His professional experience also includes supervising development activities on both renovation and new construction for large-scale commercial development. Mr. Sah has been responsible for land acquisitions, entitlements, development of plans, permitting, and construction management including schedule and cost control.
Mr. Sah has participated in arbitrations, mediations and settlement negotiations and has assisted on other aspects of litigation including document productions, depositions and interrogatories. He has lectured at Stanford University’s School of Engineering in a graduate class addressing construction claims analysis and resolution.
