Suzanne Thompson is a Vice President in the San Francisco office of TM Financial Forensics, LLC and was most recently a Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice at Navigant Consulting and a Manager at Tucker Alan Inc.  Prior to joining Tucker Alan, Ms. Thompson was a Senior Consultant with Deloitte & Touche.   Ms. Thompson also assists in teaching a graduate course at Stanford University’s School of Engineering.

Ms. Thompson has nearly 15 years of experience consulting to companies and providing expert analyses regarding claims for economic damages, lost profits, unjust enrichment and increased costs in a variety of business disputes including breach of contract, acquisition-related claims, intellectual property infringement, and employment matters.  Her work has involved a variety of industries including technology, consumer products, medical products, manufacturing, e-commerce, real estate, hospitality and higher education.

Ms. Thompson has consulted on litigation matters venued in state and federal court and arbitrations and has testified in deposition.  She has frequently presented to university groups and law firms addressing financial and accounting issues as well as intellectual property damages.
