Michael Handlon is a Partner with TM Financial Forensics LLC, a subsidiary of HKA.  He was formerly a Vice President with the predecessor firm and was also an Associate Director in the Disputes & Investigations practice with Navigant Consulting.  Mr. Handlon has advised clients and counsel regarding financial, economic, accounting and damages issues for more than 15 years.

Mr. Handlon’s consulting experience has addressed issues related to settlement calculations and distributions, lost profits, business interruption, construction disputes, and other economic damages.  Mr. Handlon has consulted on government contract investigations (false claim/qui tam lawsuits) and commercial investigations (SEC investigations and class action lawsuits).  He has also prepared and analyzed numerous claims within the government contract and construction industries.

Mr. Handlon has assisted clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, shipbuilding, aerospace, manufacturing, construction and consumer services.  He has presented to universities on commercial damages and preparing damages claims.
