Brian Hammer is a Vice President and founding member of TM Financial Forensics, LLC.  He was previously a Director at Navigant Consulting and a founding Vice President of Tucker Alan Inc, where he also served as CFO and CIO.

Mr. Hammer has more than 23 years providing consulting and testimony services to clients regarding economic, accounting, financial and damages issues in disputes and general business consulting matters. He has prepared or critiqued damages claims for lost profits, increased costs, business value, and royalties.  Mr. Hammer has extensive experience in government contracts (claims, REA’s, terminations, overhead rate reviews, cost impact proposals, false claims and other regulatory investigations), commercial litigation (lost profits, royalties, other economic damages analyses, and accounting and financial condition reviews), construction (change orders, delay, disruption and increased cost claims) and other forensic accounting reviews.

Mr. Hammer has testified as an expert witness in state and federal courts, in the United States Court of Federal Claims, in arbitration and in depositions. He has provided testimony on issues including lost profits, increased costs, breach of contract, construction claims, termination claims, contract interpretation, industry practices, regulatory matters and other accounting, economic and damages issues.
