Colin Choi is a Director at TM Financial Forensics, LLC, and has over seven years of experience consulting to a variety of clients on financial, accounting and damages matters.  Prior to joining TM Financial Forensics, he was a Manager at Navigant Consulting, Inc.
 
Mr. Choi has developed and critiqued claims for lost profits, unjust enrichment and other remedies arising from contract breaches, antitrust violations and intellectual property infringement.  He has also studied numerous accounting, economic and contractual issues in connection with “profit participation” matters.
 
Mr. Choi’s experience has covered many industries, including entertainment, toys, financial services, oil and gas, transportation, semiconductors, consumer electronics and pharmaceuticals.
