Kelly Darroch is a Director at TM Financial Forensics, LLC, where she provides analyses regarding claims for economic damages in a variety of business disputes as well as general business and litigation consulting.  Prior to joining TM Financial Forensics, Ms. Darroch was a Manager in the Disputes and Investigations practice of Navigant Consulting, Inc. where she performed similar work.  Ms. Darroch has eight years of experience consulting to a variety of companies on financial, accounting and damages matters.  She has analyzed and critiqued claims related to lost profits, unjust enrichment and reasonable royalties resulting from intellectual property infringement, trade secret misappropriation, antitrust violations and breach of contract. Ms. Darroch has performed analyses of solvency and capital adequacy issues in connection with investigations of potential fraudulent conveyances related to bankruptcy disputes.  Ms. Darroch has consulted on litigation matters venued in state court, federal court, arbitration and before the International Trade Commission.
